Why I love what I do...
“I love the human element of employment law. Every case presents a new opportunity to untangle the competing priorities, motivations, and experiences of real people. I enjoy the process of crafting a winning strategy based on fitting those practical realities into a legal framework. The process is particularly satisfying in employment and labor law because the laws are always evolving along with the changing workplaces they seek to regulate. It's very satisfying to partner with employers to help them balance their own business needs within such a complex legal landscape.”
