Lauren M. Cooper

Why I love what I do...

“I love problem solving. Employment law involves the unique challenge of working a client's business objectives into the complex and difficult landscape that is California employment law. I enjoy partnering with clients to determine the best way to meet their needs, whether it be assisting in the implementation of necessary employment policies, negotiating early case resolutions, or aggressively and cost-effectively defending my clients against claims brought in state or federal court.”
